About the Author
Lisa Cicciarello Andrews, MEd, RD, LD, is a dietician who began her career at the VA Medical Center before launching her own practice, Sound Bites Nutrition. She’s the author of two previous books, The Healing Gout Cookbook and The Complete Thyroid Cookbook, as well as a regular contributor to Food and Health Communications.
